PHILOSOPHY AND VISION The Province of Rizal Integrated School for Mathematics and the Sciences, formerly Esse Bi Effe Gi Learning Center, believes that the child is the basic building block of society. A society then can only be as good as the child that it rears and develops. There is no ceiling to what a child can achieve and create for himself or herself and the society given an environment that recognizes his or her potentials.

The school believes that a child's potentials are best tapped and enhanced in a non-threatening learning environment that provides for discovery, allows errors and respects his or her individuality.

The school believes that learning is best achieved in an environment of fun, where the child and his or her peers, teachers, family and community actively take part.

The school believes that learning is best carried out through the provision of a variety of teaching strategies. A multi-media approach is best to ensure the child's holistic development.

The school envisions the total development of the child's mental, physical, spiritual, moral and socio-emotional attributes, thus making him or her a beautiful creation of God.
